No, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please

double-check your selections before placing an order. If you receive a defective item, contact

Yes! We use SF express to ship our deliveries in Hong Kong.

Free shipping is available for orders over HKD 700 within Hong Kong.

Orders below HKD 700 will be paid on delivery by SF express.

International shipping costs vary by location.
